Abstract
1/1 resumo sistema de separação assistido por ar melhorado um sistema de separação é apresentado que particiona uma pasta fluida contendo uma pluralidade de partículas que são influenciadas por um fluxo de fluidização (que compreende água oscilante e bolhas de gás) e um leito fluidizado. o sistema de separação compreende um tanque de separação, um distribuidor de alimentação de pasta fluida, um coletor de fluxo de fluidização e um sistema de introdução de gás. todos destes componentes são arranjados para criar o leito fluidizado no tanque de separação por introdução da pasta através do distribuidor de alimentação de pasta e permitindo a pasta a interagir com o fluxo de fluidização que entra no tanque de separação do coletor do fluxo de fluidização. o sistema de introdução de gás é configurado para otimizar a distribuição de tamanho de bolha de gás no fluxo de fluidização. o sistema de introdução de gás compreende um conduto de introdução de gás e um conduto de desvio. o sistema de introdução de gás pode ser ajustado modulando o fluxo de água oscilante através do conduto de introdução de gás.
