Abstract
Se presenta un sistema de separacion que divide una lechada que contiene una pluralidad de particulas que se encuentran bajo la influencia de un flujo de fluidizacion (que comprende agua de fluidizacion y burbujas de gas) y un lecho fluidizado. El sistema de separacion comprende un tanque de separacion, un distribuidor de alimentacion de lechada, un colector de flujo de fluidizacion y un sistema de introduccion de gas. Todos estos componentes se disponen para crear el lecho fluidizado, en el tanque de separacion, al introducir la lechada a traves del distribuidor de alimentacion de lechada y permitir que la lechada interactue con el flujo de fluidizacion que entra al tanque de separacion, proveniente del colector de flujo de fluidizacion. El sistema de introduccion de gas se configura para optimizar la distribucion del tamano de las burbujas de gas, en el flujo de fluidizacion. El sistema de introduccion de gas comprende un conducto de introduccion de gas y un conducto de desviacion. El sistema de introduccion de gas se puede ajustar al modular el flujo de agua de fluidizacion a traves del conducto de introduccion de gas.
