Abstract
Замена различных секций распределителя сырья, используемого в промышленном реакторе аммоксидирования, облегчается путем использования газонепроницаемых быстроразъемных фитингов для прикрепления различных секций разбрызгивателя друг к другу, а также к стенке реактора. Кроме того, диаметры отходящих патрубков в этих секциях распределителя, а также диаметры питающих форсунок, присоединенных к этим отходящим патрубкам, изменяются для обеспечения равномерного потока сырьевого газа через эти компоненты. Распределитель можно подразделять на множество секций распределителя сырья, приспособленных для лучшего контроля реактора. Наконец, торцевые заглушки, ограничивающие дальние концы отходящих патрубков распределителя, можно обеспечивать форсунками для удаления любого катализатора аммоксидирования, который мог случайно достичь внутренней части распределителя.
