Abstract
Замена различных секций разбрызгивателя сырья, используемого в промышленном реакторе аммоксидирования, облегчается путем использования газонепроницаемых быстроразъемных фитингов для прикрепления различных секций разбрызгивателя друг к другу, а также к стенке реактора. Кроме того, диаметры отходящих патрубков в этих секциях разбрызгивателя, а также диаметры питающих форсунок, присоединенных к этим отходящим патрубкам, изменяются для обеспечения равномерного потока сырьевого газа через эти компоненты. Разбрызгиватель можно подразделять на множество секций разбрызгивателя сырья, приспособленных для лучшего контроля реактора. Наконец, торцевые заглушки, ограничивающие дальние концы отходящих патрубков разбрызгивателя, можно обеспечивать форсунками для удаления любого катализатора аммоксидирования, который мог случайно достичь внутренней части разбрызгивателя.
