Abstract

Mejoras introducidas en el procedimiento para la obtención de derivados fenotiacínicos básicos hasta ahora desconocidos, caracterizadas porque derivados de la fentiazina que tienen la fórmula general I. ***1 en la que R1 designa un grupo alquilo conteniendo 2 o más átomos de carbono, un grupo arilo o aralquilo, R2 indica un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo metilo y R3 designa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo conteniendo de 1 á 4 átomos de carbono inclusive o un grupo bencilo, cuyo proceso se caracteriza porque un derivado de la fentiazina de la fórmula general II. ***2 en la que R1 y R2 tienen los mismos significados que anteriormente y X designa un átomo de cloro, bromo o yodo, es puesto en reacción con un compuesto heterocíclico de la fórmula general III. ***3 en la que R3 tiene la misma significación anterior.
