Abstract
Un procedimiento de reducción o eliminación de la acumulación de depósitos de coque durante el craqueo de hidrocarburo, que comprende: proporcionar vapor e hidrocarburo; y alimentar vapor e hidrocarburo en un reactor que tiene una superficie interna accesible al hidrocarburo, comprendiendo la superficie interna un material de perovskita seleccionado entre SrCeO3, SrZr0,3Ce0,7O3, BaMnO3, BaCeO3, y BaZr0,3Ce0,7O3, BaZr0,3Ce0,5Y0,2O3, BaZr0,1Ce0,7Y0,2O3, BaZrO3, BaZr0,7Ce0,3O3, BaCe0,5Zr0,5O3, BaCe0,9Y0,1O3, BaCe0,85Y0,15O3, y BaCe0,8Y0,2O3; siendo operado el reactor a una temperatura en un intervalo de 700 ºC a 870 ºC y en el que la relación ponderal de vapor de agua a hidrocarburo en la mezcla se encuentra en el intervalo de 3:7 a 7:3, en el que el hidrocarburo comprende al menos uno de etano, heptano, gas licuado de petróleo, nafta y gasóleo; o el reactor se opera a una temperatura en un intervalo de 480 a 600 ºC, en el que el hidrocarburo comprende fracciones pesadas de la destilación atmosférica y de vacío de petróleo crudo y el porcentaje en peso del vapor de agua en el vapor y el hidrocarburo es del 1 % en peso al 2 % en peso.
