Abstract

Procedimiento de preparación de un derivado metilénico de la serie del pregnano caracterizado porque se transforma un 12-cetoesteroide de la serie del pregnano por medio de un reactivo de Grignard en un derivado 12-hidroxi 12-metil y se somete este último a la acción de los agentes deshidratantes de manera que se obtenga el 12-metileno esteroide correspondiente.
