Abstract

Resina de un copolímero de etilvinilacetato para una lámina encapsulante de células solares y el método para la fabricación de la misma. Son proporcionados una resina de copolímero de Etilvinilacetato (EVA) utilizada para una lámina de un encapsulante de una célula solar, que tiene un estrechamiento reducido durante la fabricación de la lámina y una tasa de contracción baja durante la adhesión térmica de un proceso de fabricación del módulo y un método para la fabricación de la resina de copolímero de EVA. La resina de copolímero de EVA incluye un 25 a 33% en peso de un monómero de vinil acetato y tiene un promedio Z de peso molecular (Mz) de 220.000 g/mol o menos, una distribución de peso molecular (Mp/Mn) en el rango de 3,5 a 4,5, un índice de flujo de fusión (MI) en el rango de 6 a 35 g/10 min, medido a 190ºC bajo una carga de 2,16 kg y una Tan δ, según fue medida utilizando un reómetro a 100ºC, que satisface la siguiente fórmula: 1,85*Ln(MI)/(0,72*In(frecuencia)+3,12)<Tanδ<2,33*Ln(MI)/(0,72*In(frecuencia)+2,81).
