Abstract
Un método para fabricar un producto de concreto en proceso de fundición en forma deslizante sustancialmente horizontal, en el que el método de mezcla de concreto se carga con por lo menos un medio (2) alimentador mediante giro y movimiento recíproco longitudinal en un molde en forma deslizante de una sección transversal definida que se mueve progresivamente en el proceso de fundición con el propósito de dar un producto de concreto de una forma deseada, por lo que en el método el viaje progresivo del molde de sección transversal definida se somete a una resistencia de viaje controlado y se emplea la potencia de entrada de la carga de mezcla de concreto para obtener compactación de la mezcla de concreto extrudida y propulsión de la máquina de fundición, y se mide la potencia de entrada necesaria de la carga de mezcla de concreto y la resistencia de viaje de la máquina de fundición se controla con base en el valor de la medición, caracterizado porque con base en el valor de la medición la resistencia de viaje se aumenta o reduce al controlar un accionamiento de torque constante para proporcionar a torque de retardo y auxiliar mediante interrupciones controladas.
