Abstract
La pastilla de freno de tipo flotante para trenes de la presente invención comprende: placa soporte, bloques de fricción, anillos de retención y arandelas elásticas de sostén colocadas entre los bloques de fricción y la placa soporte; cada arandela elástica de sostén comprende una superficie esférica de sostén y pestillos de sostén colocados en el borde exterior de dicha superficie. Cada superficie esférica de sostén entra en contacto con la parte esférica de sostén de un bloque de fricción; en el centro de la base de la superficie esférica de sostén se forma un orificio guía que permite el paso del elemento de sujeción de un bloque de fricción; los pestillos de sostén se extienden desde el borde de la superficie esférica de sostén hacia la base de dicha superficie, en la dirección que se aleja del orificio guía; el borde de unión de cada pestillo de sostén se une al borde de la superficie esférica de sostén mediante una curva de transición suave, el borde de sostén y el pestillo de sostén se extienden más allá de la base de la superficie esférica de sostén. La pastilla de freno de tipo flotante para trenes de la presente invención resuelve el problema técnico consistente en que, en las piezas de sostén elástico de las pastillas de freno existentes, parte de los pestillos, en lugar de extenderse hacia fuera, se doblan hacia dentro; cuando se los somete a esfuerzos, las arandelas elásticas de sostén pueden extenderse hacia fuera en la dirección de los pestillos de sostén, evitando así la pérdida de la efectividad del sostén de las piezas correspondientes.
