Abstract

Una composición microbicida que comprende a) de 0,5 a 15% en peso de una mezcla de 2-metilisotiazolona (MIT) y 1,2-benzo isotiazolona (BIT); en donde la relación en peso BIT/MIT es de 1/4 a 4/1, b) de 0,5 a 15% en peso de una o dos aminas orgánicas seleccionadas de N-dodecilpropano-1,3-diamina y bis(aminopropil)-dodecilamina y c) de 0,01 a 10% en peso de uno o más agentes oxidantes seleccionados de yodato de potasio, peryodato de sodio, bromato de sodio, H2O2 y sales de Cu(II), d) de 40 a 98,99% en peso de disolventes elegidos de agua, etanol, propanoles, alcohol bencílico, etilenglicol, dipropilenglicol, butanodioles, butilglicol, butildiglicol, fenoxietanol, fenoxipropanoles, glicerol, alcanodioles y éteres de alquil glicerol, y mezclas de los mismos; dicha composición tiene un pH en el intervalo de 8 a 10.
