Abstract
1. Elemento de refrigeración para un horno metalúrgico, especialmente un alto horno, con tubos a base de acero, que conducen medio refrigerante, incorporados por colada dentro de un cuerpo moldeado por colada y un revestimiento, el cual elemento está anclado en la superficie frontal, situada del lado del horno, del elemento de refrigeración en rebajos que discurren paralelamente al lado ancho del elemento de refrigeración, caracterizado porque el cuero moldeado por colada consiste en acero colado y a distancia de los tubos de refrigeración que han de ser revestidos por colada están dispuestos cuerpos que absorben el calor sobrecalentamiento del acero colado líquido. 2. Elemento de refrigeración según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque los cuerpos dispuestos a distancia de los tubos de refrigeración consisten en acero o en acero colado. 3. Elemento de refrigeración según las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado porque los cuerpos consisten en el mismo material de trabajo que el cuerpo moldeado por colada. 4. Elemento de refrigeración según las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque el volumen de los cuerpos insertados o colgados dentro del molde de colada está entre 1/20 y 1/10 del volumen del cuerpo moldeado por colada. 5. Elemento de refrigeración según una o varias de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque los cuerpos están estructurados como mazas cuadradas o rectangulares y están dispuestos paralelamente a los tubos de refrigeración. 6. Elemento de refrigeración para un horno metalúrgico, especialmente un alto horno.
