Abstract
Mandril de accionamiento manual (1, 1') para máquinas herramientas para el mecanizado de piezas de trabajo con simetria de rotación (2) que implica su codo, - con un cuerpo principal (4) que se puede fijar a la máquina herramienta, mordazas de sujeción (6, 7, 8) sujetadas en una disposición desplazable radialmente en el cuerpo principal (4) para sujetar la pieza de trabajo (2) y donde se practica una abertura (25) que se extiende en angulos rectos con respecto al eje longitudinal (5) del cuerpo principal (4), - con un husillo roscado (24) montado en la abertura (25) en una disposición desplazable, en cuyo caso el husillo roscado se puede acceder desde el exterior con el fin de cambiar su posición, - con una barra cuneiforrne (9) dispuesta en el cuerpo principal (4) en la zona del husillo roscado (24), en cuyo caso la barra cuneiforme (9) este conectada al husillo roscado (24) y una de las mordazas de sujeción (6) con una unión de forma positiva, - con un anillo de accionamiento (21) montado en el cuerpo principal (4) en una disposición giratoria, en cuyo caso el anillo de accionamiento 21 este conectado con una unión de forma positiva al husillo roscado (24) y a una o mas de las barras cuneiformes (9) asignadas a otras dos mordazas de sujeción (7, 8), y - con un juego existente (23, 23', 23") entre el husillo roscado (24) y el anillo de accionamiento (21) y/o el husillo roscado (24) y una de las barras cuneiformes(9) y/o entre el anillo de accionamiento (21) y las barras cuneiformes (9) correspondientes de las mordazas de sujeción (7, 8), caracterizado por el hecho de que, - al menos un dispositivo de centrado (11) soportado sobre el cuerpo principal (4) y desplazable radialmente se proporciona lateralmente desviado con respecto a una o mas de las mordazas de sujeción (6, 7 u 8) o las mordazas de sujeción (6, 7y 8), - que cada dispositivo de centrado (11) ejerce una fuerza dirigida radialmente (Fz) que actúa directamente sabre la pieza de trabajo (2) sujetada, que se puede ajustar, por medio de la cual se compensa el juego (23, 23', 23"), - y que los dispositivos de centrado (11) se pueden accionar conjuntamente de forma sincronica o independientemente el uno del otro y/o independientemente de las mordazas de sujeción (6, 7, 8).
