Abstract
Promotor sintético inducible por patógenos que es apropiado para la regulación de la transcripción de un ácido nucleico y comprende un promotor mínimo, caracterizado por que a) el promotor mínimo presenta un motivo de secuencia twcccmt dispuesto cadena abajo de una región TATA y delante de un punto de inicio de transcripción dispuesto sobre el promotor mínimo, en el que empieza la transcripción del ácido nucleico que se tiene que regular, apareciendo el motivo de secuencia en el promotor mínimo dos o varias veces y/o b) el promotor mínimo presenta un motivo de secuencia twcccmt dispuesto cadena abajo de una región TATA y delante de un punto de inicio de transcripción dispuesto sobre el promotor mínimo, en el que empieza la transcripción del ácido nucleico que se tiene que regular, y en el que el promotor sintético inducible por patógenos presenta junto al promotor mínimo al menos un elemento regulador cis con una secuencia de nucleótidos según una de las SEC.
