Abstract
Изобретение относится к синтетическому промотору, который не встречается в природе, который активируется патогенами, содержит минимальный промотор и является пригодным для регулирования транскрипции нуклеиновой кислоты, что обуславливает резистентность к патогенам, причем указанный минимальный промотор содержит фрагмент последовательности dbrmwa, размещенный за участком ТАТА и перед одной из точек начала транскрипции, которая находится на минимальном промоторе, с которой начинается транскрипция нуклеиновой кислоты, подвергающейся регулированию.
