Abstract

PROMOTOR SINTéTICO INDUZìVEL POR PATóGENO. A presente invenção refere-se a um promotor sintético que pode ser induzido por patógeno que é apropriado para regular a transcrição de um ácido nucléico e que abrange um promotor mínimo, caracterizado pelo fato de que o promotor mínimo apresenta um motivo de seqüência a) dbrmwa ou b) twcccmt, que está disposto a jusante de uma área TATA e antes de um ponto inicial de transcrição disposto no promotor mínimo, no qual inicia a transcrição do ácido nucléico a ser regulado.
