Abstract
Mezcla de reacción libre de cualquier detergente que comprende una formulación de una ADN polimerasa termoestable que está completamente libre de detergentes, que comprende Tris/HCl 10 a 50 mM, EDTA 0,05-0,2 mM, DTT 0,5-2 mM, cloruro de potasio 50-200 mM y glicerol al 20-80 %, - un ácido nucleico de molde, que preferentemente es un ADN, - al menos un cebador que es un oligonucleótido que se puede unir a dicho ADN, y - 4 dNTP, que comprende adicionalmente al menos un par de sondas de hibridación de FRET.
