Abstract

Procedimiento de elaboración de pan de molde.#El procedimiento consiste en mezclar hoja de trigo, harina de fuerza, sal, levadura natural y levadura para pan, copos de avena triturados, semillas de lino, emulsionante, ácido sórbico y semillas de sésamo, en una cantidad determinada de agua, de manera que la mezcla da lugar a una masa que se dispone en moldes, se deja fermentar y se hornea a una temperatura entre 175 y 275º C durante un tiempo de 25 a 40 minutos, obteniéndose un pan de molde apto para su consumo.
