Abstract

1.Un dispositivo para el anclaje subterráneo de partes de construcción sobre un terreno con pendiente, caracterizado porque, en un terreno (1) sin nivelar, se ha previsto un elemento de anclaje subterráneo (2) en el que está asentada una pieza perfilada (3) dirigida hacia arriba, que en calidad de mecanismos de ajuste lleva una placa sustentadora (4) inclinada y, sobre ésta, una placa de apoyo (5), que puede ajustarse por giro en el plano inclinado (E-E) de la primera y que se encuentra inclinada respecto a un órgano de retención (6) que forma con la última un conjunto fijo y que recibe una parte superior (7), estando dispuestos en la placa sustentadora (4) y la placa de apoyo (5) elementos de fijación (9) soltables, todo ello de tal manera que, haciendo girar las placas (4, 5) la parte superior (7), con el órgano de retención (6) puede ser ajustado e inmovilizado a un ángulo deseado respecto al terreno (1). 2.Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque, junto con el órgano de retención (6), hace posible en cualquier terreno (1), independientemente de su grado de pendiente, montar en sentido vertical una parte superior (7) a modo de columna. 3.Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque las placas sustentadoras y de apoyo (4 y 5) están formadas como discos y presentan cerca de la periferia hendiduras (8, 8'') en forma de arco a través de las cuales están hechos pasar tornillos con tuercas (9) en calidad de elementos de fijación. 4.Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la parte superior (7) forma un objeto de utilización que sobre el terreno (1) sobresale hacia arriba. 5.Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque sobre la pieza perfilada (3) que discurre en sentido perpendicular respecto al terreno (1) está fijada una caja (10) que recibe los mecanismos de ajuste (4, 5). 6.Un dispositivo según las reivindicaciones 1 y 5, caracterizado porque la parte inferior (4'') que forma la placa sustentadora(4), está provista de una hendidura diametral (11), a través de la cual está atornillado un tornillo (12) en el fondo (10'') de la caja y, al estar aflojado el tornillo, éste puede ajustarse a lo largo de la hendidura (11) respecto a la caja (11) e inmovilizarse en cualquier posición de giro deseada por medio del tornillo (12). 7.Un dispositivo según las reivindicaciones 1 y 5, caracterizado porque en la parte inferior (4'') que forma la placa sustentadora (4) está previsto un puente transversal (14) que, mediante giro de 90º, puede introducirse y extraerse en unas hendiduras (13) y que, en su posición de bloqueo, puede inmovilizarse mediante pernos (15), mientras que la placa de apoyo (5) puede fijarse en la posición de giro deseada, mediante un tornillo de inmovilización (9), sobre la placa sustentadora (4). 8.Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque está formado por un mecanismo de ajuste constituido por dos placas (4, 5), apoyadas una contra otra, en un plano inclinado (E-E), presentando la parte inferior (4''), que lleva la placa inferior, una parte de fondo (4") que discurre en sentido paralelo respecto al terreno (1). 9.Un dispositivo según las reivindicaciones 1 y 5, caracterizado porque en la periferia del fondo (10'') de la caja se han previsto orificios (16) para la salida de agua que haya penetrado. 10.Un dispositivo según las reivindicaciones 1 y 5, caracterizado porque la caja (10) montada al ras respecto al terreno (1) está cerrada por una tapa (10") encaso de utilización de la parte superior (7). 11.Un dispositivo para el anclaje subterráneo de partes de construcción sobre un terreno con pendiente.
