Abstract
A distributer valve device for regulating the supply of compressed air to the various sections of a brake system, particularly for vehicles, comprises, in a unitary assembly, a plurality of sections B, C, D and auxiliary signalling and control device, such as the switch I operating stop-lamp L s and a pressure indicator I p , associated with signal lamp L p , a push-rod 50 connected to the brake pedal and a rocker lever 42 having three arms or ends at an angle of 120 degrees to one another. The control valve is characterized in that, it comprises a single main vertical axis about which are symmetrically arranged the control distributers, and in that the advance operation of one or more distributers is obtained by means of advance device K acting upon the associated rocker lever ends. The device K comprises pre-stressed springs 54 within push-rods 58 which are normally advanced by the action of balls 56 on their inclined upper surfaces, with downward movement of the control plunger 64 until recesses 62 therein allow the balls to move outwardly and all three sections B, C and D are then equalized for pressure.
