Abstract

Método de formación de nanopartículas que comprende poner en contacto un primer líquido que comprende un polímero biodegradable disuelto en un disolvente orgánico con un segundo líquido que comprende un disolvente acuoso que comprende un tampón, que es miscible con el disolvente orgánico, al tiempo que es un no disolvente para el polímero biodegradable, en condiciones de agitación suave sin remover de manera que se forman nanopartículas, con lo que el rendimiento del proceso, en base a la cantidad de polímero biodegradable que se recupera en forma de nanopartículas, es del 90% o más y con lo que el valor D(v, 0,5) para las nanopartículas es inferior a 200 nm.
