Abstract
Un procedimiento de limpieza de un componente de precisión que comprende: limpiar un componente de precisión colocando el componente de precisión dentro de un tanque de limpieza (110) lleno con un primer disolvente (112) para eliminar contaminantes del componente de precisión; aclarar el componente de precisión en un tanque de aclarado (124) lleno con un segundo disolvente (126) en el que cualquier cantidad restante del primer disolvente sobre el componente de precisión se elimina por el segundo disolvente resultante de manera que se forme una mezcla de disolventes; y separar la mezcla de disolventes en una primera porción de disolvente y una segunda porción de disolvente en un tanque de recuperación (136) refrigerando la mezcla de disolventes de forma que la primera porción de disolvente resida encima de la segunda porción de disolvente, siendo dicha primera porción de disolvente y segunda porción de disolvente visualmente distinguibles a simple vista, y en el que la primera porción de disolvente puede eliminarse del tanque de recuperación.
