Abstract

Un método para evaluar si un cierto tratamiento o procedimiento aumenta la estabilidad fenotípica de una suspensión de células aisladas o expandidas, dicho método comprende: a) someter dicha suspensión de células a dicho tratamiento o procedimiento b) inyectar por vía intramuscular o subcutánea en un mamífero no humano dicha suspensión que comprende un equivalente de al menos 1x106 condrocitos articulares aplicados a ratones inmunodeficientes c) evaluar el cartílago formado in vivo histológicamente respecto si es estable, cartílago desprovisto de cualquier signo de vascularización, y d) identificar si o no dicho tratamiento o procedimiento afecta a la formación de cartílago estable in vivo.
