Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de ácido metacrílico o ésteres del ácido metacrílico, que comprende lasetapas de procedimiento IA) preparación de ácido 3-hidroxiisobutírico mediante un procedimiento que comprende la etapa deprocedimiento de la puesta en contacto de una célula que fue modificada por tecnología genética conrespecto a su tipo salvaje, de modo que, en comparación con su tipo salvaje, es capaz de formar más ácido3-hidroxiisobutírico o polihidroxialcanoatos basados en ácido 3-hidroxiisobutírico, con un medio nutricio quecontiene como fuente de carbono hidratos de carbono, glicerol, dióxido de carbono, metano, metanol, Lvalinao L-glutamato, bajo condiciones en las que a partir de la fuente de carbono se forman ácido 3-hidroxiisobutírico o polihidroxialcanoatos basados en ácido 3-hidroxiisobutírico, eventual purificación delácido 3-hidroxiisobutírico a partir del medio nutricio, así como, eventualmente, neutralización del ácido 3-hidroxiisobutírico, IB) deshidratación del ácido 3-hidroxiisobutírico bajo formación de ácido metacrílico, así como, eventualmente,esterificación del ácido metacrílico, en el que 1) la formación de ácido 3-hidroxiisobutírico o polihidroxialcanoatos basados enácido 3-hidroxiisobutírico tiene lugar a través de metilmalonato-semiladehídoen calidad de producto previo.
