Abstract
Un material de refuerzo de fibras, que comprende: una pluralidad de hebras poliolefínicas de monofilamentos, retorcidas para formar un haz de fibras, siendo el grado de retorcimiento mayor aproximadamente 0,36 vueltas/cm.
Claims (14)
1. Un material de refuerzo de fibras, que
comprende:
una pluralidad de hebras poliolefínicas de
monofilamentos, retorcidas para formar un haz de fibras, siendo el
grado de retorcimiento mayor aproximadamente 0,36 vueltas/cm.
2. El material de refuerzo de fibras de la
reivindicación 1, en el que el grado de retorcimiento es menor de
aproximadamente 0,87 vueltas/cm.
3. El material de refuerzo de fibras de la
reivindicación 1, en el que el grado de retorcimiento varía desde
mayor de aproximadamente 0,36 vueltas/cm hasta aproximadamente 0,43
vueltas/cm.
4. El material de refuerzo de fibras de la
reivindicación 1, en el que las hebras son de
350-6000 deniers por filamento.
5. El material de refuerzo de fibras de la
reivindicación 1, en el que las hebras son un copolímero formado de
polipropileno y polietileno.
6. El material de refuerzo de fibras de la
reivindicación 5, en el que el copolímero es aproximadamente
75-80 por ciento en peso de polipropileno y
aproximadamente 20-25% en peso de polietileno.
7. El material de refuerzo de fibras de la
reivindicación 5, en el que el polipropileno es un polipropileno de
bajo punto de fusión y el polietileno es un polietileno de alta
densidad.
8. El material de refuerzo de fibras de la
reivindicación 1, en el que la longitud del componente es
aproximadamente 19 a 60 mm.
9. El material de refuerzo de fibras de la
reivindicación 1, en el que el haz de fibras no está
interconectado.
10. El material de refuerzo de fibras de la
reivindicación 1, en el que los monofilamentos son no
fibriladores.
11. Un material cementoso que comprende el
material de refuerzo de fibras de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones
1 a 10.
12. Un procedimiento de formar un material de
refuerzo de fibras, que comprende:
retorcer múltiples hebras de monofilamentos a al
menos 0,36 vueltas/cm para formar un haz de fibras.
13. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 12, en
el que el grado de retorcimiento es menor de aproximadamente 0,87
vueltas/cm.
14. Un procedimiento de reforzar un material,
que comprende mezclar el material de refuerzo de fibras de
cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10 con un material
cementoso.
