Abstract

Dispositivo cortador para desmenuzar alimentos como cebollas, verduras y frutas, con medios cortadoras desplazables en una campana de carcasa mediante mango de maniobra y empujador, en que por lo menos el empujador está conducido desplazablemente en una parte guiadora estacionaria en la carcasa, caracterizada porque la parte guiadora está constituída como parte de construcción separada de la campana, de carcasa que está unida, respectivamente puede unirse, con arrastre de forma y/o de fuerza con la campana de carcasa de dos partes, transcurriendo el plano de división de la campana de carcasa en dirección de accionamiento de los medios cortadores y la campana de carcasa puede abrirse o abatirse separándose.
