Abstract
Producto alimenticio fresco empaquetado que comprende un elemento insertado absorbente de la humedad dotado de una capa perforada impermeable a la humedad y una lámina que separa tanto el producto como el elemento insertado absorbente de la humedad de la atmósfera circundante en el exterior del paquete, caracterizado porque dicha capa perforada impermeable a la humedad está dispuesta para separar el producto y el elemento insertado absorbente de la humedad uno de otro y dicha lámina que encierra el producto (10) y el elemento (22) insertado absorbente de la humedad está sellada mediante una unión (31) soldada producida en vacío.
Claims (7)
1. Producto alimenticio fresco empaquetado que
comprende un elemento insertado absorbente de la humedad dotado de
una capa perforada impermeable a la humedad y una lámina que separa
tanto el producto como el elemento insertado absorbente de la
humedad de la atmósfera circundante en el exterior del paquete,
caracterizado porque dicha capa perforada impermeable a la
humedad está dispuesta para separar el producto y el elemento
insertado absorbente de la humedad uno de otro y dicha lámina que
encierra el producto (10) y el elemento (22) insertado absorbente
de la humedad está sellada mediante una unión (31) soldada producida
en vacío.
2. Producto empaquetado según la reivindicación
1, caracterizado porque el producto (10) está colocado en
una bandeja (20) que incorpora un elemento (22) insertado absorbente
de la humedad, y una capa impermeable a la humedad formada con
orificios (21) que se abren hacia el elemento (22) insertado
absorbente de la humedad está prevista sobre la superficie inferior
interna de la bandeja (20).
3. Producto alimenticio fresco empaquetado según
la reivindicación 1 o 2, caracterizado porque el producto
(10) es un producto de carne sin sazonar, sazonado, marinado,
tratado con calor o ahumado, especialmente carne roja, ave, carne
de venado o pescado.
4. Producto alimenticio fresco empaquetado según
cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado
porque la lámina tiene la forma de una bolsa (30).
5. Método para producir un producto alimenticio
fresco empaquetado, especialmente un producto de carne, en el que
el producto se prepara, se corta según necesidad y/o se sazona, a
continuación se sella con un elemento insertado absorbente de la
humedad con una lámina hermética, caracterizado porque separa
dicho producto alimenticio y dicho elemento insertado absorbente de
la humedad uno de otro mediante una capa perforada impermeable a la
humedad y a continuación sella dicha lámina en vacío.
6. Método según la reivindicación 5,
caracterizado porque se utiliza una bolsa (30) como lámina, y
dicho sellado en vacío se realiza soldando la bolsa (30) alrededor
de los bordes de la bandeja (20), y la parte de la bolsa (30) que
queda fuera de la soldadura se retira después de recortarla.
7. Método según la reivindicación 5,
caracterizado porque el producto (10) se coloca en un bol
hermético que incluye un elemento (22) insertado absorbente de la
humedad, a continuación se cubre el bol que incluye el producto
(10) con una lámina, y la lámina (30) se sella sobre el bol en vacío
mediante una unión soldada formada a lo largo del borde del bol, y
si es necesario, las partes de la lámina y el bol que quedan fuera
de la unión soldada de sellado se retiran después de cortarlas.
