Abstract

Cinta de material soporte provista por ambas caras de secciones autoadherentes de cinta adhesiva, sobre la cual se ha aplicado por ambas caras un revestimiento antiadhesivo de silicona sin disolventes, de manera que ambos revestimientos antiadhesivos difieren en el grado de repelencia respecto a la masa adhesiva de las secciones de la cinta adhesiva, y de modo que el revestimiento antiadhesivo situado sobre la cara inferior de la cinta de material soporte tiene un grado de repelencia mayor que el revestimiento antiadhesivo situado sobre la cara superior de la cinta de material soporte.

Description

Cinta de material soporte provista por ambas caras de secciones autoadherentes de cinta adhesiva y su uso en una etiquetadora manual.
La presente invención se refiere a una cinta de material soporte provista por ambas caras de secciones auto-adherentes de cinta adhesiva, así como a su uso en una etiquetadora manual. Las cintas de material soporte que llevan cintas adhesivas no se describen en la solicitud de patente WO-A-0190269 no publicada ni en la patente EP-A-0874034.
Las piezas que deben sujetarse mediante una cinta adhesiva de doble cara (por ejemplo cables de cinta plana, displays, cartonajes) suelen prepararse con antelación de tal modo, que sean completamente autoadherentes. Esto implica un gran consumo de material y requiere gran inversión de tiempo, pues primero hay que equipar uniformemente todos los cantos de la pieza con una cinta adhesiva y luego hay que arrancar la protección de la cinta adhesiva durante el
montaje.
Como alternativa, se pueden incorporar unos puntos adhesivos individuales directamente durante el montaje, para luego pegar encima la pieza. Este trabajo también es prolijo, porque los puntos adhesivos van a su vez provistos de un revestimiento que debe retirarse previamente.
El objeto de la presente invención es proporcionar una cinta de material soporte - provista por ambas caras de secciones adherentes de cinta adhesiva - que se pueda usar en una etiquetadora manual, como las empleadas por ejemplo para pegar etiquetas de precios, a fin de poder colocar directa y muy rápidamente secciones de cinta adhesiva sobre cualquier substrato y a continuación pegar directamente cualquier pieza sobre éste.
Este objetivo se resuelve con una cinta de material soporte como la expuesta en la reivindicación principal. Las reivindicaciones secundarias se refieren a perfeccionamientos ventajosos del objeto de la presente invención, así como a usos ventajosos del mismo.
Conforme a ello, la presente invención se refiere a una cinta de material soporte, provista por ambas caras de secciones autoadherentes de cinta adhesiva, con sendos revestimientos antiadhesivos que difieren en el grado de repelencia respecto a la masa adhesiva de las secciones de la cinta adhesiva.
En este caso, el revestimiento antiadhesivo que se halla sobre la cara superior de la cinta de material soporte tiene un grado de repelencia inferior al del revestimiento antiadhesivo que se halla sobre la cara inferior de la cinta de material soporte.
De esta manera se garantiza que
-
las secciones individuales de cinta adhesiva sobre la cinta de material soporte puedan confeccionarse y aplicarse en forma de rollo sin necesidad de otros recursos (por ejemplo un segundo revestimiento); durante el proceso de confección (recorte de las secciones de cinta adhesiva) el material sobrante como cuadrícula se puede arrancar y desechar, y
-
las secciones de cinta adhesiva se puedan dispensar de manera sencilla mediante aparatos (como por ejemplo una etiquetadora).
Como cinta de material soporte se emplea preferentemente papel, un material compuesto de papel-poliolefina y/o una lámina.
Como revestimiento antiadhesivo se emplea silicona aplicada sin disolventes.
De silicona sin disolventes se aplican preferentemente 0,8 hasta 3,7 g/m^{2}, con preferencia 1,3 hasta 3,2 g/m^{2}, sobre todo 1,8 hasta 2,8 g/m^{2}.
Como soporte para las secciones de cinta adhesiva también se usan preferentemente materiales en forma de cinta como papeles, velos, láminas de plástico y espumas.
En principio, todos los tipos de cintas adhesivas revestidas por ambas caras resultan adecuados como material base para las secciones de cinta adhesiva.
Como masas adhesivas para las cintas adhesivas se pueden usar todas las mencionadas, por ejemplo, en SATAS, Manual de Tecnología de Adhesivos Sensibles a la Presión, tercera edición. Sobre todo, son adecuadas las masas basadas en caucho natural o sintético y en acrilatos, las cuales se pueden aplicar en estado fundido o en solución.
Según un primer uso ventajoso de la cinta de material soporte, ésta se coloca en una etiquetadora manual que puede dispensar trozos sueltos de cinta adhesiva.
De modo especialmente ventajoso, la cinta de material soporte se puede emplear para pegar piezas sueltas en el montaje de automóviles, concretamente por medio de la etiquetadora manual, pero también p.ej. en el montaje de ferias o en el sector de los embalajes.
La cinta de material soporte conforme a la presente invención ofrece una gran variedad de ventajas que no eran previsibles.
Al dispensar los trozos de cinta adhesiva no se pierde tiempo arrancando un revestimiento y hay poco desperdicio. Gracias a los distintos tamaños de puntos adhesivos - pegados en diferentes cantidades - la cantidad necesaria de cinta adhesiva se puede casi "dosificar".
A continuación, mediante una figura se representa una forma de ejecución preferida de la cinta de material soporte, sin pretender limitarla de ningún modo.
La cinta de material soporte 1 está preferentemente enrollada. Sobre la cinta de material soporte 1 están dispuestas las secciones sueltas de cinta adhesiva 2 a distancias regulares.
La cinta de material soporte 1 tiene distintos revestimientos antiadhesivos 3, 4. El revestimiento antiadhesivo 3 situado sobre la cara inferior de la cinta de material soporte 1 presenta un mayor grado de repelencia que el revestimiento antiadhesivo 4 situado sobre la cara superior de la cinta de material
soporte 1.
El rollo de la cinta de material soporte 1 puede colocarse en una etiquetadora manual, con la cual se pueden dispensar las secciones de cinta adhesiva 2.

Claims (6)

1. Cinta de material soporte provista por ambas caras de secciones autoadherentes de cinta adhesiva,
sobre la cual se ha aplicado por ambas caras un revestimiento antiadhesivo de silicona sin disolventes, de manera que ambos revestimientos antiadhesivos difieren en el grado de repelencia respecto a la masa adhesiva de las secciones de la cinta adhesiva, y
de modo que el revestimiento antiadhesivo situado sobre la cara inferior de la cinta de material soporte tiene un grado de repelencia mayor que el revestimiento antiadhesivo situado sobre la cara superior de la cinta de material soporte.
2. Cinta de material soporte según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque como cinta de material soporte se utiliza papel, un compuesto de papel-poliolefina y/o una lámina.
3. Cinta de material soporte según las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizada porque, como soporte para las secciones de cinta adhesiva, se emplean materiales en forma de cinta como papeles, velos, láminas de plástico o espumas.
4. Cinta de material soporte según las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizada porque del revestimiento antiadhesivo se aplican 0,8 hasta 3,7 g/m^{2}, con preferencia 1,3 hasta 3,2 g/m^{2}, sobre todo 1,8 hasta 2,8 g/m^{2}.
5. Uso de la cinta de material soporte según al menos una de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque la cinta de material soporte se pone en una etiquetadora manual que permite dispensar trozos sueltos de cinta adhesiva.
6. Uso de la cinta de material soporte según al menos una de las reivindicaciones anteriores para pegar piezas sueltas en el montaje de automóviles.
