Abstract
Mecanismo de maniobra de una puerta con movimiento parcialmente vertical, comprendiendo dicho mecanismo: - un motor eléctrico (5); - un elemento (4) apropiado para ser arrastrado por el motor y cinemáticamente unido a la puerta (100); y - unos medios (126, 127) de compensación (C1) por lo menos parcial del par (C2) ejercido por el peso (P) de la puerta sobre dicho elemento, caracterizado porque comprende un freno (8) intercalado entre dicho motor (5) y dicho elemento (4) y apropiado para ejercer contra dicho motor un esfuerzo frenante (C8) por lo menos en las fases de desplazamiento de la puerta (100) en las que el efecto conjugado (C3) del peso (P) de la puerta y del esfuerzo (F1, C1) ejercido por los medios de compensación (126, 127) tiende a desplazar dicho elemento (4) en el mismo sentido que dicho motor (5).
Claims (13)
1. Mecanismo de maniobra de una puerta con
movimiento parcialmente vertical, comprendiendo dicho mecanismo:
- -
- un motor eléctrico (5);
- -
- un elemento (4) apropiado para ser arrastrado por el motor y cinemáticamente unido a la puerta (100); y
- -
- unos medios (126, 127) de compensación (C_{1}) por lo menos parcial del par (C_{2}) ejercido por el peso (P) de la puerta sobre dicho elemento,
caracterizado porque comprende un freno
(8) intercalado entre dicho motor (5) y dicho elemento (4) y
apropiado para ejercer contra dicho motor un esfuerzo frenante
(C_{8}) por lo menos en las fases de desplazamiento de la puerta
(100) en las que el efecto conjugado (C_{3}) del peso (P) de la
puerta y del esfuerzo (F_{1}, C_{1}) ejercido por los medios de
compensación (126, 127) tiende a desplazar dicho elemento (4) en el
mismo sentido que dicho motor (5).
2. Mecanismo según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque dicho esfuerzo frenante (C_{8}) es
máximo (C_{8 max}), cuando el efecto conjugado (C_{3}) del peso
(P) de la puerta (100) y del esfuerzo (F_{1}, C_{1}) ejercido
por los medios de compensación (126, 127) tiende a desplazar dicho
elemento (4) en el mismo sentido que dicho motor (5).
3. Mecanismo según una de las reivindicaciones
anteriores, caracterizado porque dicho esfuerzo frenante
(C_{8}) es decreciente en función del efecto conjugado (C_{3})
del peso (P) de la puerta (100) y del esfuerzo (F_{1}, C_{1})
ejercido por los medios de compensación (126, 127) cuando dicho
efecto conjugado (C_{3}) tiende a desplazar dicho elemento en
sentido inverso a dicho motor (5).
4. Mecanismo según la reivindicación 3,
caracterizado porque dicho esfuerzo frenante (C_{8}) es
sustancialmente inversamente proporcional al efecto conjugado
(C_{3}) del peso (P) de la puerta (100) y del esfuerzo (F_{1},
C_{1}) ejercido por los medios de compensación (126, 127) cuando
dicho efecto conjugado (C_{3}) tiende a desplazar dicho elemento
en sentido inverso a dicho motor (5).
5. Mecanismo según una de las reivindicaciones
anteriores, caracterizado porque el valor máximo (C_{8
max}) del par de frenado ejercido por el freno (8) es
sustancialmente igual al par nominal del motor (5).
6. Mecanismo según una de las reivindicaciones
anteriores, caracterizado porque el motor (5) es del tipo de
corriente continua con una alimentación regulada en tensión.
7. Mecanismo según una de las reivindicaciones
anteriores, caracterizado porque el freno (8) es del tipo de
fricción con por lo menos una guarnición (82A, 82B, 83) móvil en
función del valor y del sentido del efecto conjugado (C_{3}) del
peso (P) de la puerta (100) y del esfuerzo (F_{1}, C_{1})
ejercido por los medios de compensación (126, 127).
8. Mecanismo según una de las reivindicaciones
anteriores, caracterizado porque comprende un sensor (201)
de detección del sentido y/o del valor del efecto conjugado
(C_{3}) del peso (P) de la puerta y del esfuerzo (F_{1},
C_{1}) ejercido por los medios de compensación (126, 127), estando
dicho freno mandado para ejercer dicho esfuerzo frenante (C_{8})
en función de la señal de salida (S_{201}) de dicho sensor.
9. Utilización de un freno (8) apropiado para
ejercer un esfuerzo variable (C_{8}) para regular el par
(C_{5}) que debe ejercer un motor eléctrico (5) de arrastre de un
elemento (4) solidario de una puerta (100) con movimiento
parcialmente vertical sometida a la acción de medios (126, 127) de
compensación por lo menos parcial de su peso.
10. Procedimiento de regulación del par que debe
ejercer un motor eléctrico (5) en un mecanismo de maniobra de una
puerta (100) con movimiento parcialmente vertical en el que el peso
(P) de la puerta es por lo menos parcialmente compensado,
caracterizado porque comprende por lo menos una etapa que
consiste en ejercer, contra el motor, un esfuerzo frenante (C_{8})
variable en función de la intensidad y del sentido del efecto
conjugado (C_{3}) del peso (P) de la puerta (100) y del esfuerzo
(F_{1}, C_{1}) de compensación de dicho peso.
11. Procedimiento según la reivindicación 10,
caracterizado porque el esfuerzo frenante (C_{8}) tiene un
valor máximo (C_{8 max}) cuando el efecto conjugado (C_{3}) del
peso de la puerta (100) y del esfuerzo (F_{1}, C_{1}) de
compensación de dicho peso tiende a desplazar dicho elemento (4) en
el mismo sentido que dicho motor (5).
12. Procedimiento según una de las
reivindicaciones 10 u 11, caracterizado porque el esfuerzo
frenante (C_{8}) tiene un valor decreciente en función del efecto
conjugado (C_{3}) del peso (P) de la puerta (100) y del esfuerzo
(F_{1}, C_{1}) de compensación de dicho peso cuando dicho efecto
conjugado (C_{3}) tiende a desplazar dicho elemento en sentido
inverso a dicho motor (5).
13. Procedimiento según la reivindicación 12,
caracterizado porque el esfuerzo frenante (C_{8}) tiene un
valor sustancialmente inversamente proporcional al efecto conjugado
(C_{3}) del peso (P) de la puerta (100) y del esfuerzo (F_{1},
C_{1}) de compensación de dicho peso cuando dicho efecto
conjugado (C_{3}) tiende a desplazar dicho elemento en sentido
inverso a dicho motor (5).
