Abstract

Salsa especial patatas bravas cuyos ingredientes son: - 5 litros de mahonesa ya preparada - 100 gramos de ajos - 100 gramos de pimentón picante - 200 mililitros de ketchup - 200 centilitros de agua Todos estos ingredientes se baten y se obtiene la salsa mencionada.

Description

Salsa especial patatas bravas.
Esta salsa, a diferencia de las demás, posee un sabor muy agradable y suave. Al no llevar tomate como las tradicionales no fermenta. Sus ingredientes son:
Cinco litros de mahonesa ya preparada.
Cien gramos de ajos.
Cien gramos de pimentón picante.
Doscientos mililitros de ketchup.
Doscientos centilitros de agua.
Todos estos ingredientes se baten hasta obtener la salsa mencionada. Por sus componentes de fácil preparación y larga duración posee un un agradable sabor y es muy apta para su comercialización.

Claims (1)

1. Salsa especial para patatas bravas.
Caracterizada por constar de los siguientes ingredientes:
Cinco litros de mahonesa ya preparada.
Cien gramos de ajos.
Cien gramos de pimentón picante.
Doscientos mililitros de ketchup.
Doscientos centilitros de agua.
Todos estos ingredientes se baten por un período de dos minutos y se obtiene la salsa mencionada.
