The invention relates to the food industry, in particular to low calorie jams, which can be used to feed patients with diabetes. The jam with low caloric value, according to the invention, contains vegetable raw material, stevioside, lactitol, pectin, seaweed protein additive in the following ratio of ingredients,% by mass: vegetable raw material 60.0… 65.0 stevioside 0.07… 0.08lactitol 10.0… 12.0 spectin 1.2… 1.4 protein additive 2.0… 3.8 water the rest.
