Abstract

"USO DE DIVANILINA COMO FLAVORIZANTE". A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de 6,6<39>-dihidróxi-5,5<39>-dimetóxi-¢1,1<39>-bifenill-3,3<39>-dicarb oxaldeído (divanilina) como flavorizante. Também são descritas composições flavorizantes e produtos alimentícios que compreendem divanilina em uma quantidade sensorialmente eficaz.
