Abstract
) Composición de bebida de sensación reducida de sabor dulce, comprendiendo la mencionada composición de bebida: un contenido en CO2 de 0 a 10 veces el volumen de la mencionada composición de bebida; una composición edulcorante de compuestos edulcorantes naturales o artificiales o combinaciones de ellos, que incluye particularmente compuestos de alta intensidad edulcorante, proporcionando la mencionada composición edulcorante un valor de al menos 4 puntos de calificación en la sensación de sabor dulce en una solución acuosa con el mismo contenido en CO2 que el comprendido en la mencionada bebida según un ensayo de graduación de atributos modificado (ensayo -mAG); una composición reductora del sabor dulce de compuestos naturales o artificiales, preferiblemente compuestos de sabor botánicos; caracterizada porque dicha composición reductora de sabor dulce mencionada comprende de 60 a 150 ppm, preferiblemente de 70 a 120 ppm, lo más preferiblemente de 80 a 100 ppm, en peso de flavanoles.
