Abstract

Procedimiento para fabricar muelles helicoidales a partir de alambre de acero, siendo sometidos los muelles helicoidales a un reforzamiento termomecánico de sus capas marginales, y a un primer chorreado con bolas, al que se le añade un recocido de normalización y a continuación un segundo chorreado con bolas, caracterizado porque el primer chorreado con bolas tiene lugar sin tensado previo, y el segundo chorreado con bolas con el tensado previo de los muelles helicoidales, teniendo lugar el segundo chorreado con bolas en dos fases de trabajo y utilizando un medio de chorreado unitario y de grano grueso, el cual es proyectado en la primera fase de trabajo con una velocidad de lanzamiento más alta que en la segunda fase de trabajo.
