LA INVENCION ESTA RELACIONADA CON UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONTROL DE FILTROS DE PARTICULAS UBICADOS EN EL ESCAPE DE UN MOTOR DIESEL, CON VISTAS AL TRATAMIENTO POSTERIOR DE LAS PARTICULAS, QUE CONSUME UNA ENERGIA MINIMA. EDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN ADAPTAR LA GEOMETRIA DE UN MEDIO DE FILTRACION (1) UBICADO EN EL ESCAPE DE UN MOTOR EN FUNCION DE ESTRATEGIAS PREDETERMINADAS LIGADAS AL FUNCIONAMIENTO DE DICHO MOTOR. ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO SE HA DISEÑADO DE TAL MANERA QUE PERMITE LIMITAR LA CONTRAPRESION MEDIA Y, EN CONSECUENCIA, LA DEGRADACION DEL RENDIMIENTO DEL MOTOR. LICACION DE LA INVENCION, EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN ADAPTAR EL VOLUMEN EN EL QUE SE FILTRAN LOS GASES DE ESCAPE AL CAUDAL VOLUMETRICO DE LOS GASES QUE ENTRAN EN EL MEDIO DE FILTRACION (1).
