Cama de reposo con una superficie de reposo regulable, que comprende un marco con largueros transversales (6) y largueros longitudinales (5) pandeables y por lo menos una estructura textil (4) tensada en los largueros longitudinales (5), realizada en especial a partir de fibras elásticas, caracterizada porque los largueros longitudinales (5) están construidos con listones perfilados (27, 48) con un lado superior (27a, 48a) abovedado, el cual es solapado por la estructura textil (4), porque el abovedamiento del lado superior (27a, 28a) cae hacia el interior del marco y sólo están formadas en la zona exterior del marco unas superficies de apoyo (27b) para la estructura textil (4), cuyo borde (4a) está introducido y sujeto en ranuras de alojamiento (28) en el lado exterior de los listones perfilados (27, 48).
