Abstract
Dispositivo de montaje y de desmontaje rápido de dos piezas, que comprende un enganche (3) solidario de una primera (1) pieza, y una espiga de enganche (4) solidaria de una segunda (2) pieza y dispuesta transversalmente con relación a una primera dirección X, comprendiendo el enganche (3) una horquilla de guiado (31) que presenta una ranura de guiado (311) orientada según la primera dirección (X), una horquilla de retención (32) que presenta una ranura de retención (321), y medios de bloqueo (51, 61; 52, 62), estando montada la horquilla de retención (32) en la horquilla de guiado (31) de modo selectivamente pivotante, pudiendo ser insertada simultáneamente la espiga de enganche (4), para la configuración de apertura del enganche, en las ranuras de guiado y de retención (311, 321), por un movimiento dirigido según la primera dirección (X) y hacia el fondo (312) de la ranura de guiado (31), provocando la inserción de la espiga de enganche (4) en el enganche (3) que la horquilla de retención(32) pivote entre la posición de desenclavamiento, que corresponde a la configuración de apertura del enganche y por la cual la ranura de retención (321) está orientada oblicuamente con relación a la primera dirección (X), y la posición de enclavamiento, que corresponde a la configuración de cierre del enganche y por la cual la ranura de retención (321) está orientada transversalmente con relación a la primera dirección (X), autorizando espontáneamente los medios de bloqueo (51, 61; 52, 62) el paso del enganche (3) desde su configuración de apertura a su configuración de cierre, y no autorizando el paso inverso más que de forma selectiva, caracterizado porque los medios de bloqueo (51, 61; 52, 62) comprenden, al menos, una primera patilla (51) prevista en una primera de las dos horquillas (31, 32) y que sobresale en dirección a la segunda de esas horquillas (32, 31), y, al menos, un alojamiento correspondiente (61) previsto en la segunda horquilla (32, 31) para recibir la primera patilla (51), provocando un defecto de aplicación de la primera patilla (51) en el alojamiento correspondiente (61) una deformación elástica al menos en una de las dos horquillas (31, 32), que se absorbe por aplicación de esa primera patilla (51) en el alojamiento correspondiente (61), porque la primera patilla (51) se aplica en el alojamiento correspondiente (61) en la configuración de cierre del enganche, y solamente en esa configuración, porque la horquilla de retención (32) está montada de modo pivotante en torno a un pivote (313) soportado por la horquilla de guiado (31), porque cada horquilla (31, 32) comprende caras primera y segunda (315, 316; 325, 326), paralelas y unidas entre sí, porque la primera patilla (51) y el alojamiento correspondiente (61) están previstos en caras (315, 325) enfrentadas de las dos horquillas (31, 32), porque la horquilla de retención (32) está montada en el interior de la horquilla de guiado (31) y porque las caras (325, 326) de la horquilla de retención (32) presentan patas (325a, 326a) que sobresalen de la horquilla de guiado (31) en la configuración de cierre del enganche, pudiendo, así, ser aproximadas por pinzado las caras (325, 326) de la horquilla de retención (32), para permitir que cada patilla (51, 52) se libere del alojamiento (61, 62) correspondiente.
