LA INVENCION TRATA DE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FABRICACION DE UN CUERPO CON UNA MATRIZ POROSA A PARTIR DE AL MENOS DE UN MATERIAL CERAMICO RECRISTALIZADO, SOMETIENDOSE UNA MATERIA PRIMA, LA CUAL CONTIENE POLVO DE MATERIA PRIMA Y OPCIONALMENTE ADITIVOS, PRIMERO A UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE MOLDEADO Y DESPUES A UN PROCESO DE SINTERIZACION A ELEVADA TEMPERATURA. DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCION SE PREVE, QUE SE UTILICE UN POLVO DE MATERIA PRIMA CON UNA DISTRIBUCION DE TAMAÑO DE GRANO, QUE CONTENGA UNA PARTE DE TAMAÑO DE GRANO FINA CON UN GRANO MEDIO DE COMO MUCHO UNOS 2 MI M Y UNA PROPORCION DE GRANO GRUESO CON UN TAMAÑO MEDIO DE GRANO DE UNOS 1,5 MI M HASTA 30 MI M, Y QUE EL PROCESO DE SINTERIZACION SE REALICE A UNA TEMPERATURA COMO MUCHO DE UNOS 1.800° C. MEDIANTE LAS DISTRIBUCIONES ELEGIDAS DE GRANO GRUESO Y GRANO FINO SE PUEDE REALIZAR EL PROCESO DE SINTERIZACION A TEMPERATURAS MAS BAJAS QUE LAS CONOCIDAS HASTA AHORA. ESTO HACE QUE EL PROCEDIMIENTO DE LA INVENCION SEA MAS BARATO Y AHORRE MATERIAL. ENPARTICULAR SE PUEDEN INTRODUCIR FIBRAS DE REFUERZO, QUE HASTA AHORA NO HABIAN PODIDO RESISTIR A LAS TEMPERATURAS NECESARIAS DE SINTERIZACION. MEDIANTE LA FIJACION DEL TAMAÑO DE GRANO DEL POLVO SE PUEDE FIJAR TAMBIEN UNA POROSIDAD, QUE PERMITE UNA BUENA IMPREGNACION CON SUSTANCIAS ORGANICAS Y/O INORGANICAS.
