Abstract

Banda de rodadura (1, 26) de espesor E, para neumático, provista de una superficie de rodadura (2), estando dicha banda (1) provista de una pluralidad de rebajes (3, 4, 27), estando cada rebaje (3) definido por el espacio delimitado principalmente entre dos paredes (5, 6) enfrentadas entre sí, siendo dichas paredes perpendiculares u oblicuas con respecto a la superficie de rodadura (2) y teniendo una profundidad h, medida como la distancia radial máxima medida entre los puntos más alejados radialmente de las paredes del citado rebaje, a lo sumo igual al espesor E de la banda de rodadura, caracterizada porque: - las dos paredes principales (5, 6) de al menos uno de los rebajes (3) situado en la parte de la banda de rodadura afectada por el aplastamiento contra el suelo del neumático en rodadura están unidas o vinculadas mediante el menos dos elementos de unión de caucho (7), presentando los elementos de unión (7) con cada una de las paredes (5, 6) una superficie de unión SE igual a la superficie total de intersección, siendo la citada superficie SE sobre cada una de las paredes al menos igual a 10% de la superficie ST de la citada pared, todos los puntos del contorno exterior de la superficie de intersección de al menos un elemento de unión (7) con una de las paredes (56) están situados a una distancia de la superficie de rodadura (2) estrictamente inferior a la profundidad del rebaje, y porque sobre cada una de las paredes, la superficie de unión SE es a lo sumo igual a 80% de la superficie SG, estando la superficie SG igual a la superficie, medida sobre la citada pared del rebaje, delimitada por el contorno geométrico L de longitud mínima y que envuelve a la superficie de unión SE.
