Abstract

Procedimiento para el insuflado de gases combustibles eventualmente cargados con substancias sólidas por medio de una lanza (21) refrigerada en el espacio libre por encima de un caldo de metal fundido que se encuentra en una vasija (12) metalúrgica, en particular un caldo de fundición de acero en una vasija RH sometida a vacío, con las siguientes etapas: a) una primera corriente de gas se conduce a través de un tubo (22) central cuya desembocadura está configurada en forma de tobera de Laval, b) dependiendo del tipo de proceso se añaden partículas de substancias sólidas a ese gas, c) una segunda corriente de gas se introduce a través de una cámara (25) con forma de anillo, dispuesta coaxialmente con el tubo (22) central, hasta más allá de la desembocadura del tubo (22) central y envuelve a la primera corriente de gas, d) al abandonar la desembocadura (23) del tubo (22) central con forma de tobera de Laval, la primera corriente de gas se expansiona y chocacon la segunda corriente de gas que la envuelve y es reflejada por ésta y/o por la pared interior del tubo (26) envolvente de la lanza y debido a ello enfocada aguas abajo fuera de la lanza, y e) el tubo (22) central se mueve axialmente en forma definida para minimizar el ruido en correspondencia con el presente caudal de gas soplado.
