Abstract
Dispositivo para la elaboración continua de tubos de material plástico sin costura, en el cual por lo menos un cordón de masa fundida de material plástico que sale de un extrusor (29; 29a, 29b) es dividido mediante un mecanismo de distribución dispuesto dentro del corte transversal de un hueco de molde (19) del dispositivo, el cual mecanismo presenta canales de distribución de material plástico (14a a 14e) con trayectorias de flujo de igual longitud para el material plástico fundido, y es conducido a una hendidura anular (4, 7), de la cual la corriente de material plástico tubular así moldeada, (5, 8), llega al hueco de molde (19), formado por ejemplo por mordazas de molde corrugador (27) que se desplazan, terminando los canales de distribución de material plástico (14a a 14e) en cada caso a igual distancia angular el uno del otro en una superficie periférica (24) del mecanismo de distribución, el cual, a distancia de su superficie periférica(24), presenta una abertura de entrada (20) para el material plástico que viene del extrusor (29; 29a, 29b), la cual constituye el extremo de un canal de alimentación para el material plástico fundido, que corre sustancialmente en dirección del tren de fabricación (2) del tubo, y de la cual parten los canales de distribución del material plástico (14a a 14e), siendo la trayectoria del flujo de material plástico fundido entre la abertura de entrada (20) y la superficie periférica del mecanismo de distribución igual en todos los canales de distribución del material plástico (14a a 14e), caracterizado porque el mecanismo de distribución es una placa distribuidora (13a, 13b) con canales de distribución del material plástico (14a a 14e) que corren en un plano aproximadamente perpendicular al eje (18) del hueco de molde (19), y se ramifican a la manera de un árbol, dividiéndose cada tramo de canal (14a, 14b, 14c) en dos tramos de canaliguales que continúan su curso (14b, 14c, 14d), y que a su vez se dividen siempre a igual distancia de la ramificación anterior en dos tramos de canal iguales que continúan su curso (14c, 14d).
