Abstract

Dispositivo para gofrar y laminar un material laminar continuo de varias capas, que comprende: un primer y un segundo cilindros gofradores (1, 3; 101, 103) provistos de puntas (1P, 3P, 101P, 103P), estando dispuestos dichos dos cilindros gofradores con ejes paralelos (1A, 3A; 101A, 103A) y adyacentes entre sí para formar un paso (G) entre ambos y girando a las mismas velocidades periféricas y en direcciones opuestas; un par de cilindros de presión (5, 7; 105, 107), cooperando cada uno de ellos con uno de los cilindros gofradores; un aplicador de adhesivo (17; 117) asociado con el primer cilindro gofrador; y un cilindro laminador (13; 113) dispuesto corriente abajo del paso (G) entre los cilindros gofradores (1, 3; 101, 103) y cooperando con el primer cilindro gofrador (1; 101); y en el que los dos cilindros gofradores (1, 3; 101, 103) pueden sincronizarse en fase entre sí para llevar las puntas (1P; 101P) de un cilindro gofrador (1; 101) en oposición a las puntas (3P; 103P) del otro cilindro gofrador (3; 103), o alternativamente hacer que las puntas (1P; 101P) de un cilindro gofrador (1; 101) se acoplen entre las puntas (3P; 103P) del otro cilindro gofrador (3; 103), caracterizado porque - los planos (P3, P5; P103, P105) que contienen los ejes (1A, 3A; 101A, 103A) de cada cilindro gofrador (1, 3; 101, 103) y el eje (5A, 7A; 105A, 107A) del correspondiente cilindro de presión (5, 7; 105, 107) están ambos inclinados con respecto al plano (P2; P102) que contienen los ejes (1A, 3A; 101A, 103A) de los cilindros gofradores en un ángulo (e¿, o¿) distinto de 0° y 90°; y - el ángulo (o¿) formado por el plano (P3; P103) que contiene el eje (1A; 101A) del primer cilindro gofrador (1; 101) y el eje (5A; 105A) del respectivo cilindro de presión (5; 105) con el plano (P2; P102) que contiene los ejes (1A, 3A; 101A, 103A) de los dos cilindros gofradores (1, 3; 101, 103), que está dirigido hacia el lado de dicho paso desde el cual sale el material laminar gofrado del paso, es mayor de 90°.
