Abstract
Un procedimiento para controlar una transmisión de variación continua (1) provista con: - un eje motriz (4) para acoplar la transmisión (1) a un motor (5); - un eje accionado (6) para acoplar la transmisión (1) a una carga (7); - unos medios de transmisión (2, 3, 14) para transmitir una potencia motriz entre los mencionados ejes (4; 6, 7), al menos bajo la influencia de una fuerza de fijación que puede ser determinada por un incremento de una fuerza de fijación requerida, necesaria para transmitir la mencionada potencia motriz sin deslizamiento de los medios de transmisión mediante un margen de seguridad; - un embrague (16) asociado con al menos uno de los mencionados ejes (4; 6, 17) y teniendo un eje entrante (6) y un eje saliente (17); y - unos medios de control (15) al menos capaces de controlar la fuerza de fijación así como también el mencionado embrague (16), por lo que el embrague (16) puede al menos estar controlado para permitir un valor de deslizamiento del embrague (S1), definido como la diferencia entre una velocidad rotacional del eje entrante (6) y la velocidad rotacional del eje saliente (17), comprendiendo el mencionado procedimiento las etapas de: - controlar la transmisión en ambas condiciones posibles, bien en la condición de deslizamiento cero (ZS; FS) en que el embrague (16) está cerrado no permitiendo deslizamiento del embrague en absoluto, o en la condición de deslizamiento del embrague (SC; PS) en que el embrague (16) permite un valor de deslizamiento del embrague (SI); y - controlar la fuerza de fijación en cada una de las mencionadas condiciones (ZS, FS; SC, PS), por lo que el margen de seguridad en la mencionada condición de deslizamiento del embrague (SC; PS) es inferior al de la mencionada condición de deslizamiento cero (ZS; FS).
