Abstract
Motorreductor (1), especialmente para el accionamiento de equipos de vehículos, que comprende un rotor (5) provisto de un árbol de inducido (6), un cárter reductor (14) que contiene una rueda dentada (11) engranada a un tornillo sin fin (9) del árbol y que puede accionar un órgano de salida (12), así como unos medios (120) para suprimir, bajo una compresión axial previa (F) determinada, cualquier juego axial entre un extremo (6a) del árbol de inducido y la pared (13) del cárter, comprendiendo dichos medios un tapón (15) alojado en el extremo (13) del cárter (14) y un pistón (18), intercalado entre el tapón y el extremo del árbol, ejerciendo el tapón sobre el pistón y sobre el árbol dicha compresión axial previa (F), ajustada durante el montaje, y unos medios (19) para bloquear el pistón en su posición axial correspondiente a dicha compresión previa, caracterizado porque los medios de bloqueo del pistón (18) en su posición axial comprenden unas irregularidades (19) formadas en la superficie del pistón en contacto con la pared (13a) del cárter (14), tales como unas ranuras, siendo metálico el pistón, y el bloqueo del pistón con respecto a la pared del cárter se obtiene mediante fusión del material plástico que constituye el cárter en dichas asperezas, ya sea por ultrasonidos, ya sea mediante soldadura de alta frecuencia.
