Abstract

Procedimiento para el tratamiento de depuración de aguas residuales procedentes de malterías y de fábricas de cerveza, que resultan contaminadas con microorganismos, sales y compuestos orgánicos durante su utilización en el proceso de fabricación, caracterizado porque las aguas residuales, después de un tratamiento con lodo activado, son sometidas a una precipitación, preferentemente con cloruro de hierro (III) como medio de precipitación y luego a una ósmosis invertida, antes de ser devueltas otra vez al circuito para su utilización en el proceso de fabricación.
