Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de una parte de vía de alta resistencia de acero, especialmente de un componente de cambio de agujas como corazón de agujas, carril de aguja o pata de liebre de carril, caracterizado porque acero de un análisis químico orientativo con 0,3 a 0,6 % de C, 0,8 a 1,5 % de Si, 0,7 a 1,0 % de Mn, 0,9 a 1,4 % de Cr, 0,6 a 1,0 % de Mo, siendo el resto hierro así como impurezas habituales condicionadas por la fusión, es sometido después de la refrigeración desde el calor de laminación y después de la configuración de una textura básica bainítica de una resistencia a la tracción de aproximadamente 1100 N/mm2, en primer lugar a una etapa de tratamiento previo, siendo calentado el acero con la estructura básica bainítica a una temperatura T4 con 400 ºC < T4 < 550 ºC y siendo refrigerado a continuación de forma controlada, de tal manera que el acero, después del tratamiento previo, presenta una resistencia a la tracción de al menos 1200 N/mm2, a continuación se calienta a una temperatura T1 con 750 ºC < T1 < 920 ºC, luego se refrigera de forma acelerada a una temperatura T2 con 450 ºC < T2 < 250 ºC en una mezcla de polímero y agua, en una colada de sal o en un polvo, se calienta otra vez a una temperatura T3 > T2 con 400 ºC < T3 < 560 ºC y se mantiene a la temperatura T3 durante un tiempo t1 con 60 min. < t1 < 150 min. y a continuación se refrigera a temperatura ambiente.
