Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación de aceros microaleados con estructuras de ferrita acicular enfriadas de forma convencional, en el que se parte de un acero microaleado con los siguientes intervalos de composición química en % en peso: C 0,25 {- 0,50; Mn 1,3 {- 1,6; Si 0,3 {- 0''7; V 0,09 {- 0,12; Ti 0,012 {- 0,020; Mo 0,10 {- 0,20 y N 80 {- 200 (ppm), el cual es calentado a la temperatura de forja por encima de los 1000º C, y se forja, para a continuación enfriarlo a velocidades inferiores a 3,5º C formándose una microestructura de ferrita acicular. De aplicación en la industria del acero.
