Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un acero ferrítico de fase dual con una estructura predominantemente poligonal ferrítica, en la cual está incluída unasegunda fase dura enriquecida con carbono y libre de perlita, la cual está constituida de martensita y/o bainita y/o austenita residual; con elevadaresistencia y buena característica de conformación, como también una mejor calidad superficial después de un conformado en caliente y que comprende (% enmasa): 0,05 a 0,3% de carbono; 0,8a 3,0% de manganeso; 0,4 a 2,5% de aluminio; menos que 0,2% de silicio; menos que 0,08% de fósforo; menos que 0,05% deazufre, resto: hierro, inclusive impurezas inevitables; el cual con un equivalente de carbono de más de 0,1 a 0,325, siendoC(eqy) = % C + 1/20 % Mn +1/20 % Cr + 1/15 % Mo contiene aluminio en una cantidad de Al = 7,6. C(equ) - 0,36% en masa. La presente invención también se refiere a un procedimiento parasu fabricación y a su aplicación.
