SE HAN CREADO SONDAS DE GHRH DE FOTOAFINIDAD QUE PERMITEN EL FOTOETIQUETADO Y LA CARACTERIZACION DEL RECEPTOR. ADEMAS, SE HAN CREADO ANALOGOS DE GHRH BIOESTAÑADOS DE GRAN AFINIDAD. LA SOLUBILIZACION DE LOS COMPLEJOS DE GHRH-R/GHRH Y LA EXTRACCION DEL GHRH ESPECIFICAMENTE ENLAZADO UTILIZANDO UNA SOLUCION DETERGENTE SUAVE, SEGUIDO DE UNA CROMATOGRAFIA DE AFINIDAD, LLEVA A UN RECEPTOR AISLADO DE GHRH SUSTANCIALMENTE PURIFICADO.
