Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de endo-nortropina, caracterizado por el tratamiento en dos pasos del perclorato de la 8-bencil-nortropan-3-ona con hidrógeno activado catalíticamente, donde el producto de partida se hidrogena previamente en una suspensión acuosa a presión atmosférica y temperatura ambiente con un catalizador de paladio y al final de la reacción se recupera el catalizador por filtración, este filtrado pasa por un intercambiador aniónico y la solución que hasta ahora era alcalina se centrifuga con hidrógeno activado con níquel Raney a presión atmosférica y temperatura ambiente de 1000 a 1500 revoluciones por minuto.
